  2. User Content (Data you Upload)
    • Uploaded Files: We collect the CSV files you upload for processing.
    • Processed Data: We generate temporary copies of your data to perform the cleaning, merging, and formatting operations you request.

3. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for specific purposes:

Account Information:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To process payments and manage your Credit balance.
  • To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, or support requests.

User Content (Uploaded Files):

  • Sole Purpose: We use your uploaded files solely to provide the data cleaning service you requested.
  • No AI Training: We do not use your uploaded User Content to train public Artificial Intelligence models. Your data remains yours.
  • No Marketing: We do not use the contacts inside your uploaded CSVs for our own marketing purposes, nor do we sell them to third parties.

4. Data Retention (Automatic Deletion)

We practice strict data minimization:

  • Uploaded & Processed Files: Files are stored on our secure servers only for the duration necessary to perform the service and allow you to download the result. They are automatically deleted from our systems 72 hours after processing.
  • Account Data: We retain your account information as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the business:

  • Hosting & Infrastructure: (Railway.app, Supabase) to host the Service.
  • Payment Processors: (Mollie) to handle billing.
  • Analytics: (Google Analytics) to understand website usage trends (using anonymized data where possible).

We ensure these providers adhere to strict data protection standards.
